About Course

The Foundation Course is a well-researched and structured program, designed for holistic preparation for the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) and UPSC-Engineering Services Examination (ESE/IES). Moreover, the syllabus and curriculum of the course are meticulously crafted to cater to the requirements of other competitive exams also such as PSUs, State Level Engineering Departments, Central Govt. Group A & B exams etc.

The key feature of the course emphasizes teaching subjects from basic to advanced levels, thus enabling students to build a robust foundation and acquire a thorough understanding of fundamental concepts.

Note: 1: ESE(GS),  SES(GS) & Extra technical subjects of ESE syllabus will be conducted in Live-Online mode.

Note-2:  GATE 2025 OTS will be included in the course & ESE 2025 Pre Test Series will be conducted in offline mode.

Note-3: Students will be allowed to attend upto 5 subjects in next session either in offline classes or recorded classes.

Streams Available:

Students of Instrumentation Engineering can enroll themselves in EC classroom course and those with Production Engineering as their domain subject can enroll in ME classroom course batches.

Note 1 :MADE EASY will be the sole authority to schedule the timetable and it will be abiding by all. Subjects will be scheduled as per the availability of the faculty, not as per the priority of the candidates.

Note 2 : Some GATE & ESE technical subjects will be conducted through Live/Recorded online classes.

  • CE : Railway Engineering, PERT CPM, Fluid Machinery.
  • ME : Mechatronics & Robotics, Renewable Sources of Energy, IC Engine.
  • EE : Electrical Materials, Computer Fundamentals, Communication System, Microprocessor.
  • E&T : Advanced Electronics, Advanced Communication, Electronic Measurements & Instrumentation, Basic Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Organisation.

To take admission in any of the course, it is mandatory to fill online registration form. After this, 3 different options are available for admission:

Direct Admissions at MADE EASY Centre

Take a printout of registration acknowledgement slip & submit it along with the fee at concerned MADE EASY office. Fee can be paid through Cash/DD/Debit or Credit Card at all the respective Centres.

Mandatory Documents:

  • Registration acknowledgement
  • Self attested copy of Identity Proof (such as Passport/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ PAN Card etc.).
  • MADE EASY ID-Card (if you are an Ex-MADE EASY student).

Note:

  • Cheque payment is not accepted.
  • Candidates who are willing to pay through DD are advised to register online before proceeding for DD preparation or call us at 9021300500 to get DD details.
  • Write your Full Name, Branch of Engineering and telephone number on the backside of the Demand Draft.

Admissions through Demand Draft (By Post)

Candidates, unable to reach the office in person, can take a printout of registration acknowledgment slip and send it along with the Demand Draft to the respective Centre.

Mandatory Documents to send along with Registration acknowledgement & DD:

  • Self attested copy of Identity Proof (such as Passport/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ PAN Card etc.).
  • MADE EASY ID-Card (if you are Ex-MADE EASY student)..

Note:

  • Candidates are advised to register online before proceeding for DD preparation or call us at 9021300500 to get DD details.
  • Admission in the registered batch is subject to availability of seats at the time we receive your DD at the respective office.
  • Write your Full Name, Branch of Engineering and contact number on the backside of the Demand Draft.

Online Admissions

For our Classroom Programs, you may also apply through the Online Admission.

Complete the final registration by making the payment through any one of the following modes:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking
    • Student needs to pay the full fees at the time of admission only or in installments after reading the Terms & Conditions of installment facility.
    • After successful completion of registration, receipt will be generated.
    • Click on the Print button or save button given at the end.

Note:

  • For every batch, there are a limited number of seats available through online admissions.
  • Once the batch and Centre is allotted, request for transfer of batch or Centre will not be permitted.
  • Classroom entry & issue of material will be only after you procure your MADE EASY ID Card.
  • Payment confirmation & ID card will be issued after 48 hours of registration.

Save the receipt and bring a hard copy of this receipt & identity proof for verifying your candidature and receiving MADE EASY ID Card at:

Refund Policy:

The Fee Refund facility is valid within the first five days for long term regular batches, initial four classes for long term weekend batches & first two classes for short term batches* from the date of commencement of batch. The fee will be refunded after deducting the admission fee (as mentioned on the fee receipt). Refund fee amount will be paid through account payee cheque only, in the favor of the student.

  • Refund/Replacement requests made verbally, over telephone, e-mail or fax will not be valid or accepted.
  • Student has to submit the refund/replacement application in person to the coordinator in the admission office. Only the student or parents can submit Fee Refund/Replacement application. Please note that, we do not accept the applications from any other person/relative/friend.
  • The policy of fee refund or seat replacement is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Any refund/replacement application received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt, medical prescription etc. after the expiry of the applicable period will not be processed or entertained.
  • Admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Note : Short Term batches* include Rank Improvement batch, Post-GATE batch, ESE Mains batch, GS batch, Summer GATE batch, PSUs/State public service commission batches etc.

 

Replacement Policy:

  • The Replacement facility will only be valid for the first three months from the commencement of the batch. The student who replaces the seat should not be the currently enrolled student of MADE EASY. The new replacing student will not be offered the back-up classes of those subjects, which were attended by the previous student. Those books, which were already issued to the previous student, will not be issued again to the new replacing student. The amount equivalent to the admission fee will be charged as replacement processing fee. The seat replacement facility is applicable only for long-term ESE & ESE+GATE batches.

 

  • The batch, course or center, once allotted at the time of admission, will not be changed. Hence, students are advised to discuss batch timings, batch commencement dates, venue and other details with our counselors before admission and join suitable batches as per the convenience.
  • Transfer of batch from regular to weekend or vice versa will not be entertained.
  • Transfer of course from classroom to online or vice versa will not be entertained.
  • College going and working professionals are advised to join live-online batches, later no request will be entertained regarding the change of batch.
