The UPSC Engineering Service Examination is a 3 stage process, where the Main Examination serves as the knockout and crucial stage to qualify for the final round. The Conventional Questions Practice Programme is specifically tailored to cultivate answer writing and question solving capabilities in aspirants.

In-depth analysis of concepts and discussions on previous years' conventional questions help foster a problem-solving approach. Emphasis is placed on improving answer-writing and presentation skills, which are crucial factors in scoring impressive marks in the main examination.

Classes led by the experienced teachers are supplemented by up-to-date & refined work booklets developed by research wing. Analysing & practicing these wide range of quality questions compel students to prepare thoroughly for the main examination.

The programme includes a well-illustrated test series synchronized with the subjects covered. It consists of repeat & new topics tests for the complete coverage of the syllabus & continuous revision. The test series adheres to the environment, standard & pattern of main examination and mentally prepares the aspirants to face the actual examination confidently.

The syllabus is divided into 2 parts - Part 1 and Part 2.

Note-1: Part 1 subjects are scheduled to be covered from 24th February to 30th April 2025.
Note-2: Part 2 subjects are scheduled to be covered from 10th June to 10th July 2025.
Note-3: There will be a break for ESE prelims preparation from 1st May to 9th June 2025.
